Way back in February, I met with Katlyn and Matt, as was hired to photgraph their big day, Finally Saturday was the day! The ceremony was simply breathtaking, the location to die for, and the weather just perfect. Her colors were beatiful together, and the entire day was off without a hitch... Remebering 9/11 Eight Years Later...

Eight Years ago our lives were forever changed.... I think as an American, and also as an Air Force Wife it is very important to pay tribute every year to all of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. I also feel it important to pay tribute to those men and women who serve our country in one form or another. Last year I posted New York, and Ground Zero, this year however, I wanted to post The Pentagon Memorial. Kevin and I just visited there in April, as it only very recently opened. It was beautiful and humbling all at the same time. We were told at the site by a grounds women, that the benches pointing toward the pentagon are in honor of the lives that were taken inside of the building, the benches pointing away from the building are in honor of those who died in the plane. Please hug a loved one today...

Meet Nicole.... this beautiful young lady celebrated her 15th birthday with a traditional Quienceanera! She, her ceremony, and her reception were beautiful! I loved, loved, loved how fun these teens were to work with... and Converses with formal wear... Priceless :)
